Add and manage workplane information using a new at-a-glance table based interface.

Multiple Workplane creation, editing, and management tasks have been consolidated in a single dialog.

Create, Edit,, Match, Kill, and Merge as well as toggle the Hide/Show and Mask/Unmask status for geometry assigned to a given workplane.
