These new versions will be released to subscription customers early in Q2 2007. To allow SmartCAMcnc subscription customers to take immediate advantage of SmartCAM V14 when it releases, we request all SmartCAM users to compare their current systems to the new V14 system requirements and to make any necessary changes prior to installation.

Microsoft Windows Vista Business & Hardware Requirements
SmartCAM V14 applications are compatible with the Microsoft Windows Vista Business operating systems. To get the best performance from SmartCAM, it is highly recommended that you meet or exceed Microsoft's recommended hardware requirements for Microsoft Windows Vista Business.

Other Operating Systems
SmartCAMcnc does not support SmartCAM running on other operating systems, and cannot provide assistance to customers using SmartCAM on other operating systems.

Network Card
A Network Interface Card (aka, Ethernet or NIC card) or motherboard embedded with NIC is required. The Ethernet network card is used with SmartCAM software licensing.
